Check Out This Book!

Hi Everyone!
Hopefully these next two days go quickly for everyone and that they are stress free!I was reading a book for my LIB 301 class and it is called Out of my Mind and it is about a little girl named Melody with cerebral palsy and its told from her perspective and is so interesting! Having a family member with cerebral palsy myself, I thought I knew there was all to know about cerebral palsy but this book opened my eyes to a new perspective and how challenging a day in their shoes can really be. It made me laugh, it made me cry and I recommended it to all Special Education majors especially! It is a young adult book and only took me to read so it is definitely a quick but insightful read.
